Like many of you here, I was confused with the word Wellness everywhere on the internet and I didn’t know what it exactly means. Being all the time on my computer, I think that it’s essential to take care of ourselves and prioritize our well-being. But what exactly is wellness? In its simplest form, wellness means feeling good in all aspects of our lives. It’s about finding balance, taking care of our bodies and minds, and living a healthy and happy life. Let’s dive into the basics of wellness and discover how it can positively impact your life.

Physical Wellness

Physical wellness is about keeping your body healthy and strong. It means eating nutritious foods that give you energy, staying active through exercises you enjoy, and getting enough sleep.
